I had the food delivered, it shown on the app that it arrived but it didn’t until 15 minutes after it was supposed to I tried to ring and they instantly put me on hold left me on the phone for 5-6 then hung it up rang again and the exact same thing. The food was just slightly warm to touch when it finally arrived, but most of it was cold. The bacon looked and tasted like it came from Poundland, the black pudding was raw and soggy had it spit it out. And I think they forgot to take the egg out he pan……. The only nice about it was the sausage and the beans and toast, I think you need to learn how to cook before you charge a tenner for a breakfast

Ordered 2 “big” breakfast to takeaway. When tucking into my breakfast happen to find some paper, nice. Also no hash browns on the “big” breakfast which seems strange and black pudding partially cooked on 1 side and uncooked on the other.

Was with my mum and ordered a sandwich and 2 wraps. Came to about £12 and we were left waiting for about 25 minutes and when we finally opened up it was a very disappointing wrap and it was just plain and no sauce or anything. One of our orders were also wrong with a ham sandwich being a ham wrap. I didn't enjoy the fact that people that had ordered after us got their meals quicker than us and our order was so much simpler than theres. Waste of time imo never coming back again.

Yesterday, We visited that coffee shop , as it was announced closing at 13.00, and it was 12.20 , so we decided to go there to grab a coffee while we were waiting for a meeting in a place nearby. So the welcome was ..."we are about to close you cannot order any food" .Fair enough I would say if that answer would have been to a question , what do you have in the food menu? but even we didn't have time to say good afternoon. After that as we were there and to.be honest didn't know what to do we just order 2 coffees to take away and use the bathroom, while I was waiting for my girlfriend to come back from the toilet, one of the ladies told me, you cannot seat we are about to close,.Fair enough I will say if I would be the only one in the establishment but i wasn't . An other couple were having food, a family having food and an other 2 girls next to the bathroom having food and drinks as well and while I was waiting ,one of the last mentioned ladies ,she grabbed a can from the fridge and asked to an other of the baristas to add it to the bill while she was getting back to the her table. My thoughts at the time was ...The lady was stressed and wanted to go home as quick ASAP as I completely understandood being Sunday...but also I felt a bit discriminated as we were the only foreigners in the shop ,that was my second thoughts after I left .That kind of behaviour made us feel as a second category citizens. By the way, the coffee wasn't good either .

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and tidy. The service was very quick. The meal was hot well cooked and delicious

I went in for the first time this month and the new male owners or employee was miserable. No smile, no welcome. Just a repetitive monotonous response. The prices are reasonable and the food was okay but they need to be welcoming to people. I was thinking maybe it's because I'm white. I got the impression that only SE Asians were welcome!

First visit here and I can't say I was disappointed. Quality setting with warm and friendly staff. The menu is good, with a good range to choose from. The god was served promptly and I was fully satisfied with it all. The fact they don't use tinned mushrooms makes them a gem in my eyes. I'll definitely be returning. 😃 …

I asked for a sausage and toast brown sauce takeaway ,when i eat half the sandwich wss ok sausage was ok but the second half i took a bite was disgusting looked at the sausage seam like it had been cooked and left for hour on end dark brown still got the taste in my mouth dont go there they knew what they done when i went back and show them the sandwich and they did say they will make me another one i told them put me off .
